Story:

From the moment she hatched, Varoura's life was full of turmoil. Born into "The Remains," the cult that was defeated by Vorika, she was forced to endure their cruel, prideful, power-hungry ways. Her parents are loyal followers of cult. Believing in the ways of power, pride, purity, and perfection. They felt after seeing their daught hatch she would grow to be a strong, pure, perfect ice dragonman just like them.

However, at the age of 3, Varoura revealed her element was not ice, but poison. This ignited an unimaginable rage in her parents. Poison was a rare element, but seen as impure, ugly, and undesirable. From then on, Varoura suffered through horrendous emotional abuse from her family and the cult members. Still, she wanted to prove to them she was not worthless. For years she attempted to win her parent's hearts by training her element by herself and growing stronger.

One day, the cult leader, Wilvore, gave her a chance to prove her worthiness. He ordered her to poison the Elivisa River to cause sickness to spread throughout the city of Ruleroar. Varoura was instantly regretful of her descision to give into the cult's ways. She pretended to obey and left the hideout.

Distraught and not wanting to carry out the order, she landed in a field of crystals and cried. It was there in her moment of deep sadness that she met Skydan the Sky Blue Warrior. Skydan asked her what was wrong, and Varoura asked why he asked. Skydan then introduced himself, and Varorua did the same. Being charmed by Skydan's handsome appearance, Varoura decided to open up to him. As they talked about their lives, she revealed her situation. Skydan felt deep sympathy for her, telling her he knew how evil the cult was as they had killed his parents. Varoura thanked Skydan for not hating her.

As time passed, Varoura encountered and spent more time with Skydan. Eventually, they fell in love. Wanting to save her from the cult, Skydan offered Varoura to live with him in his treehouse. Varoura happily accepted and now lives with her lover peacefully on the Awemellow Islands.

Today, she proudly defies the cult's ways and preaches the teachings of the Age of the Atmosphere.

Powers and Abilities:

Varoura is a lot stronger than she appears. Her pyhsical strength is slightly higher than average women her size and weight. Likely due to her endurance of the abuse she suffered through the years. Channeling her suffering through intense exercise. Her stamina is impressive as well. She is capable of outlasting most energy-wise. Her tail blade produces a powerful venom that can immobilize foes and cause intense pain.

Her poison element is rare and powerful. She can exhale choking, stinging, toxic mists colored purple and green that can painfully sicken, weaken, and suffocate opponents. She can also envelope her claws and tail with poison to intensify her melee attacks.

Varoura has an unusual strength granted to her by a painful experiment by the cult. Her skull and spine are powerfully enforced making her headbutts incredibly strong and her spine durable like steel. Falling headfirst rarely causes grave injuries thanks to this strength. Her metal-like headbutts can crush crystals and crack dragon skulls.

Personality

Varoura is incredibly kind, sweet, and empathetic. However, she is also impressively strong. She was able to endure years of emotional abuse from her family and the cult, never giving up on hopes that happiness was on the horizon.
