History
Alan's childhood was a miserable, painful experience because of his highly abusive mother. Ever since he was young she would become angry at him for the most mundane reasons, beat him, and force him to fend for himself in many situations. All behind his caring, busy father's back. Though he could have told his dad about the abuse, his mother always told him if he ever did, she would frame his dad for the abuse and have him sent to prison. In Alan's young mind, he believed it was possible, so to protect his father, he hid his bruises and scars and remained quiet.
However, the birth of his triplet little brothers forced him to take more strict action. He often had to step in to protect them from their mother's neglect. At one point he had to break down the bathroom door to save them from drowning in a bathtub. As he got older and tougher, Alan learned to defend himself from his mother's abuse. To further control and scar him, his mother created a form of torture that scarred him to the point of developing a phobia. She locked him inside a crawlspace just bug enough to fit him if he crouched down. Most of the time he broke out from sheer anger, frustration, and growing fear of tight spaces. This forced his mom to nail the door shut.
Unsurprisingly, this abuse could no longer be hidden from his father. Suspicious from the damage done to the house and Alan's injuries, his dad confronted him. He tried to warn his father of the danger he was in, but he insisted, reassuring him his position as a lawyer would help if anything illegal was going on.

Alan finally revealed the horrible truth. Enraged, his father confronted his mother. However, to his shock and horror, his mom violently lashed out. He could not see what was happening behind the door, but sounds of maniacal screams and destruction were heard. Smashing plates, chairs hitting the tile floor, and forks and knives being dropped. Alan's brothers, who were only five years old at the time, approached the door. To keep them safe, Alan led them to his bedroom and held them close.

Minutes later, police arrived, but to Alan's absolute terror, the cops arrested his father instead of his mom. Alan, at just 12 years old, attempted to stop them, but he was also subdued by the police.

Days later, he was told his father would be arrested for domestic violence and abusing his children. Alan tried to tell them the truth, but for some reason the police did not believe him. For years he thought it was because he was a rabbit. A hybreed incapable of true strength and was inherently timid. They looked past his toughness like it was unnatural and fake.

At the trial, Alan's father was arrested for domestic violence and sentenced to ten years in prison. On his way to jail, his dad called out to him, promising the truth would come out someday and to never give up.

Two years later, Alan's mother started dating a new man. A rich man who did not care about children. Alan was left the only one capable of taking care of his little brothers. He juggled schoolwork with caring for them the best he could.

One day, Alan's mother married her boyfriend. On their wedding day, they both kicked Alan and his brothers out of the limo, leaving them on the streets of Lotebirma to fend for themselves. Now homeless, the brothers were forced to steal to survive for over a year.

During that time, Alan gained quite a reputation for being a powerful fighter and skilled basketball player. He often fought and played against multiple people at once. Including gangsters like the Black Manes.

One day, he and his brothers were approached by a middle aged gazelle couple who ran an orphanage in a place called Paradise Harbor. They led the brothers to the place and Alan's brothers found a loving, comforting home there. Alan was then led to the harbor's managers and given a job, a place to stay with others his age, and opportunities to practice his basketball talents.

He developed a deep friendship with three other young men his age and they all formed an anti-criminal gang. Their goal was to weaken and outsmart the local gangs to help bring them to justice and spread hope and courage through Lotebirma.

During this time, Alan met and developed a romantic relationship with a raccoon girl named Nayana. The two became incredibly close.

At the age of 18, Alan received great news from Cobra, the owner of Paradise Harbor. His father was acquitted of all his charges and released from prison. Even better, his mother was now on the run as a fugitive. Though there were no clues to where she was, Alan felt grateful his father's good name was cleared.

A year later, his father managed to buy a townhouse for all of them to live in. Though Alan loves his new home with his father and three younger brothers, he still enjoys stayed at Paradise Harbor from time to time to be with his best friends.

Despite everything turning out for the better, he still holds grudges against the Black Manes for past troubles they caused him during his time on the street. He vows a lifetime of revenge on them.
Personality
For those who do not know him well, Alan is often believed to be an angry, brutally tough, dead serious, merciless bully that is always ready for a fight and isn't afraid to beat people down for ticking him off. To his loved ones, though, Alan is loyal, responsible, dedicated, protective, mature, hard working, and can be very gentle and kind at times.

Sadly, his anger is a defining trait of his personality. Whenever he's mad, there is sure to be some loud noises and objects thrown from time to time. Still, he would never hurt those close to him in a fit of rage. His anger may be extreme, but it is under control enough for him to never be abusive or trouble for others. This does not mean he is not afraid to be violent, though. He is more than happy to beat people up if they anger him or hurt his loved ones in any way. Luckily for him, the police often turn a blind eye to these actions as the injuries are never serious and he most often rages on criminals and gang members.

Alan is very protective and caring of his family, friends, and lover. Underneath his intimidating, tough aura is a love of nurturing and providing for those close to him. He always works hard in his jobs, studying, and chores, taking it very seriously.

He rarely ever smiles or sheds tears. Even around his lover. After all the abuse he suffered from his mother, he developed an emotional chrysalis that numbs his behavior towards sadness and joy. Even when extremely happy he remains cool, calm, and composed. He also lacks a sense of humor.

Skills
Speed and power are Alan's strongest skills. He is an extremely fast runner, has swift reflexes, and can overpower multiple people at once. His size is a major factor in his abilities. Standing at 6'6 (not counting his ears) and having a slim, muscular physique much like a basketball player, it gives him the perfect balance of brute strength and agility.

Besides his attack power, he also has a powerful strength in his toughness. Alan can not only land a hit. He can take quite a few twice as powerful. From years of abuse and being scarred by his mother, he developed a high tolerance to pain and his body developed a resistance to injury. Some say he is capable of taking a shot to the head with a hammer. This has yet to be proven.

Being a rabbit, Alan's sense of hearing is quite strong. He can hear whispered conversations from ten feet away with slight noise in the background. This makes him valuable for gathering information in public places.

As one might assume, Alan is very talented at basketball. He is capable of winning one on three games against his friends. They are often challenged by many punks on the streets, and Alan always wipes the floor with them.

Extras
Being a rabbit, Alan is a vegetarian. He does, however, occasionally eat dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt.

He is claustrophobic due to his mother torturing him locking him in a crawlspace. When trapped in a tight space for too long, Alan will panic and have dizzy spells. He particularly hates elevators.

His dream job is to be a successful basketball player.

Alan credits his dad for his and his brothers' toughness. He has a great relationship with him.

Alan's favorite food is raw asparagus. He sometimes carries a stalk with him as a snack on the go.
