History

Nayana grew up being taught by her parents to be passive, submissive, and kind. They believed all violence was evil and any action of it in any way was wrong. Unfortunately, this included the act of defending themselves. Despite her protests, her parents told her if anyone ever assaulted or attacked her, to not fight back and remain submissive. They believed women like her were never meant to fight and she was better off enduring anything she was faced with.

All her life Nayana was frustrated with her parents' weak outlook on life. Especially since through her school life she was constantly bothered by boys who she attracted.

One evening, while happily walking through The Park of Kip, she was discovered by a crowd of Black Mane thugs. Seeing her as an easy target, the gangsters pursued her, intent on sexually assaulting her. Nayana ran in terror. While she ran, she came across the sound of a young man singing. Following the voice, she encountered a very tall, strong looking rabbit boy about her age. It was Alan Raybee. A local drifter.

Nayana calmly asked him for help, infatuated by the tall, strong boy. The Black Manes emerged from the brush and Alan quickly got between them and Nayana. In a flash, and fight broke out. Alan easily took down two of the three gangsters, but was injured by the third one. Wanting to help, Nayana unwrapped her ribbon, got behind the gangster, and wrapped the cloth around his neck. This caught the thug off guard and allowed Alan to take him down.

He and Nayana escaped, and she thanked him for his help. Alan credited Nayana for his victory, saying he was impressed she managed to sneak up behind that Black Mane and strangle him. Nayana was flattered by his compliment of her inner strength. Alan then walked her home. On the way, they told each other about their lives and struggles. Nayana was impressed by Alan's toughness and adored his love for his brothers. She also felt deep sympathy for the struggles he faced from being homeless. Alan was also charmed by her interests, innocent personality, and beliefs in the importance of being strong. This first encounter started a loving romantic relationship between the two of them.

Surprisingly, Nayana's parents were happy with their daughter's relationship with Alan. They felt this strong, willing, loyal rabbit boy could keep their child safe. In truth, this frustrated Nayana as it seemed to contradict their beliefs against violence. Still, she was glad her parents approved of him.

With Alan's help, she began to secretly foster her inner strength and find the courage to defend herself when faced with danger. Though her personality is still innocent, sweet, and seemingly passive, deep down she has a developing core of courage unleashed when in danger.

She loves to help Drift whenever she can. Especially Alan.

Personality

Nayana rarely raises her voice or shows anger. She has a passive, gentle, soothing nature with compassion, empathy, and softness. She is often seen as shy, when in reality she is quite social with the ones she loves. Her confidence is best expressed with her lover, Alan, and harder to express with others.

Deep beneath her gentle, soft personality, there is a secret courage she can summon when needed. Though she struggles to be assertive and tough, she is not afraid to defend herself and express her beliefs of what is right.

Skills

Nayana's skills lie outside of combat. She is a tremendous cook and has strong knowledge of nutrition and health. She often prepares meals to help her friends recover and heal after long days of hard work or to feel better after a fight or heist. She also has basic first aid knowledge and can treat basic injuries.

One highly unusual skill she possesses is a natural talent for lockpicking. She often wonders if this was a skill passed on by her supposed ancestors.

Extras

Nayana's great grandfather came from a long line of master thieves that stole from corrupt businesses and greedy rich people. Though her parents refuse to acknowledge their family's historical stories, Nayana is entranced by them.

Being a raccoon hybreed, Nayana loves to be out at night.

Her dream is to become a successful chef. She loves to cook.

Despite her soft, passive personality, she is not uncomfortable or nervous when it comes to sex. She is happily sexually active with her lover, Alan.
